Bumps the version from 0.101.1 to 0.102.0 in src/agent_trace/__init__.py, plugin.json and .github/plugin/marketplace.json (metadata.version and plugins[0].version).

What's in this release

Only one change since v0.101.1, from #294:

• agent-strace setup --cli codex now registers three more hooks: SessionEnd (timeout 3), SubagentStart and SubagentStop.
• SubagentStart and SubagentStop create subagent_start and subagent_stop events in the parent session's trace. Each event includes agent_id, agent_type and turn_id. Codex doesn't get a separate child session for subagents.
• SessionEnd records a session_end event and clears the active-session marker.

This is a minor version bump because Codex setup now registers new hooks.

Upgrade note for Codex users

If you already use agent-strace with Codex, run agent-strace setup --cli codex again, then trust the new hooks in /hooks. Until you do:

• agent-strace setup --cli codex --verify reports the new hooks as missing.
• Codex sessions recorded without SessionEnd show as session_active in health.

Release mechanics

Merging this PR starts release.yml, which creates the GitHub release v0.102.0. That workflow then dispatches publish.yml to publish to PyPI.

Testing

• python -m unittest tests.test_plugin: 4 tests pass.
• Full suite (python -m unittest discover -s tests): 2385 tests pass, 2 skipped.
• git grep -nF 0.101.1 returns nothing. git grep -nF 0.102.0 returns exactly the 4 version lines.
