Patch release for two bug fixes. Bumps the version from 0.102.0 to 0.102.1 in src/agent_trace/__init__.py, plugin.json and .github/plugin/marketplace.json (metadata.version and plugins[0].version).

Included fixes

  • Honor AGENT_TRACE_DIR in CLI read commands #296: trace directory resolution. The CLI --trace-dir default now honors AGENT_TRACE_DIR on every command, and an explicit --trace-dir takes precedence. Hooks and integrations use the same resolver. An empty AGENT_TRACE_DIR is now treated as unset; previously, hooks wrote traces into the current working directory.
  • fix(hooks): remove pending-calls state when a session ends #297: pending-calls cleanup. On SessionEnd, the session's .pending-calls* state is removed, and pending read-modify-writes now run under the store lock. Pending entries gain a session_id field. Calls still unmatched at session end are dropped from the state file but remain in events.ndjson, so evidence health still reports them as unpaired_tool_call.

Release flow

Merging this PR runs release.yml, which creates GitHub release v0.102.1. That workflow then dispatches publish.yml to publish to PyPI.

Validation

  • git grep -nF 0.102.0 returns no hits. git grep -nF 0.102.1 returns exactly 4.
  • python -m unittest tests.test_plugin: 4 tests OK
  • Full suite: 2412 tests OK (2 skipped)
