The 6.1.0 release publish (NEB-4779) failed:
pyproject.tomlhas its own hardcoded version, separate fromsift/version.py, and PR #122 only updated the latter.python -m buildreads the version frompyproject.toml, so it builtsift-6.0.0files instead of6.1.0, which PyPI rejected (that version already exists).This bumps
pyproject.tomlto 6.1.0 to match. Worth adding to the release runbook as a second file to check going forward.
