refactor: Use class name in GradVac and QuadprogProjector repr - #812

GradVac.__repr__ and QuadprogProjector.__repr__ hard-coded the class name. They now use `self.__class__.__name__`, like the other classes, so that subclasses get their own name. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
