I could not run the app locally, this fixed it for me.

Verified: prompts/ is a Django app imported by infra/seed.py (runs at startup) and infra/ui.py, but absent from the wheel packages list, so installed (uvx / single-docker) builds fail to start. A sweep of the repo confirms prompts is the only real package missing from the list, so this one-line fix is complete.

Releases the wheel packaging fix (#52): the published 0.5.18 wheel is
missing the prompts/ app, so installed (uvx / single-docker) builds
crashed at startup.

Thanks for the fix — merged, and released as v0.5.19 (the published 0.5.18 wheel was indeed missing prompts/, verified by downloading the PyPI artifact; the 0.5.19 wheel has been confirmed to contain it). A regression test guarding the wheel packages list has also landed in #53 so this can't silently break again.
