Kriging QC: flip allele-switched z instead of dropping#553

krigingOutlierQc now uses susieR's allele-switch rule (logLR > 2 & |z| > 2) and sign-flips the flagged z (and beta) in place, keeping the variants, rather than dropping on the old z_std_diff p<5e-8 rule. The per-variant kriging table lands on entryAudit$krigingDiagnostics and the rollup reports kriging-flip N in the corrected segment. alleleFlipKriging stays off by default.
