Update Angular packages together to 20.3.34 to address both the HttpClient and router security advisories. Angular requires exact peer versions; updating common or router alone leaves incompatible peers. This aligned update also covers the router fix proposed in #2253.

Validation: frozen pnpm install; Angular adapter tests (89 passed, 1 todo); Angular example production build after building workspace dependencies. No production source or test expectations changed.
