🎯 Changes

Add a # react section to the catalog in pnpm-workspace.yaml with @testing-library/react, @types/react, @types/react-dom, @vitejs/plugin-react, react, and react-dom, keeping the versions already declared.
Use catalog: for these devDependencies in the root package.json, query-broadcast-client-experimental, react-query, react-query-devtools, react-query-next-experimental, and react-query-persist-client. The peerDependencies ranges are unchanged.
Point the @types/react and @types/react-dom overrides to catalog: so they follow the same version.
Update pnpm-lock.yaml (only specifiers change, resolved versions are the same).
