🎯 Changes

Adds a test to useIsFetching.test.ts and useIsMutating.test.ts. A Host counting through useIsFetching/useIsMutating is connected and then removed. Afterwards, a Producer fetches a query or runs a mutation. The removed Host must not request another update, which it counts through a requestUpdate override.
