fix(router-plugin, router-utils): preserve route exports under code splitting and keep re-export aliases apart - #8541
Three forms of export in a route file were lost once autoCodeSplitting was on. The 16-case check from #8504 (hmr-exports.test.ts) passes on this branch with autoCodeSplitting: true and false.
Exported classes.hasExport only knew function and variable declarations, so export class Layout {} used as a route option was treated as private, handed to the virtual route, and hit Unexpected splitNode type: ClassDeclaration. Classes are now recognised, in both export class and export default class form, and removeExports strips them from the split file like exported functions.
Aliased exports.function Layout() {}; export { Layout as View } was not seen as an export either, so Layout was split away and View was left bound to nothing. Local export { name } and export { name as alias } specifiers now count as exports; the split file drops the matching specifier and keeps the rest of the statement.
Shared functions with overload signatures. When a function used by both the reference file and a split group moves into the ?tsr-shared=1 module, removeSharedDeclarations removed the implementation but left the TypeScript overload signatures behind in the reference and split files. The TypeScript transform in Vite then treats those signatures as the file's own declaration of the name and drops the import from the shared module as unused, so calls throw and export { helper as helperAlias } resolves to undefined. Overload signatures now leave together with the implementation. The existing shared-runtime snapshots show the effect: the stray createState signature is gone and the unused createState import with it.
Snapshot fixtures for all three cases were added (shared-function-overloads, retain-exports-class, retain-exports-alias) and code-splitter-exports.test.ts loads each through the Vite dev pipeline and checks the exports against the route options.
Distinct re-export aliases in the Start compiler
extractModuleInfoFromAst keyed export { a as b } from './x' by the imported name a, so
stored one binding for wrap and the second source won. In server output the allowed call was compiled as client-only and threw. Re-exports (including export * as ns from) are now keyed by the exported name, which is unique within a module, under a re-export: prefix so the key cannot shadow a local binding of the same name. The exports map points at that key, and every consumer reaches bindings through the exports map, so resolution and the identity checks in resolveKnownImportKind are unchanged.
Covered by two new compiler-helpers tests and a compiler regression test that mirrors the issue's barrel example.
…plitting and keep re-export aliases apart
Automatic code splitting dropped public exports of a route file in three
ways. An exported class used as a route option was not recognised as an
export, so the virtual route tried to split it and threw. A route option
exported through export { name as alias } was split as if it were private,
leaving the alias bound to nothing. And when a function with TypeScript
overload signatures moved into the shared module, the signatures stayed
behind in the reference and split files, where the TypeScript transform
reads them as a local declaration and drops the import from the shared
module, so both the function and its alias came back undefined.
Exported classes and local export specifiers are now retained like other
exported route options, and overload signatures leave with the shared
implementation.
In the Start compiler, module info keyed re-exports by their imported name,
so export { wrap as allowed } from './server' next to
export { wrap as denied } from './client' collapsed onto one source and a
server-only function was compiled as client-only. Re-exports are now keyed
by the exported name, which is unique within a module and cannot shadow a
local binding.

The code splitter now handles additional route export forms and shared function overload declarations. Router utilities assign distinct binding keys to source-backed re-exports. Tests cover transformed route exports and compiler output for re-export aliases.
Changes: Split-route export handling

Summary
Recognize and transform split-route exports packages/router-plugin/src/core/code-splitter/compilers.ts
Export detection and removal now cover classes and aliased local export specifiers. The compiler imports unresolved references to split values from the original route module and removes shared overload declarations.
Named and namespace source re-exports receive binding keys derived from their exported names. Declaration retention also checks named overload declarations.
Tests cover re-exports from different sources, local-name conflicts, and server/client compiler output. The changeset records patch releases for both packages.
Aliased components can have different identities across modules, while type-only exports can prevent splitting. These bounded issues warrant owner review.
Security architecture risk: Low · up to e5f02
The change affects generated route exports, but the reviewed changes do not demonstrate a new security boundary or an expanded externally accessible entrypoint. Security coverage is incomplete, so the risk is not rated minimal.

Full details: Linked Issues check
Explanation
Issue [#8505] has two coding objectives. In compilers.ts, removeSharedDeclarations removes TSDeclareFunction overloads with shared implementations. Export detection and removal handle class declarations and local export specifiers, including aliases. The added code-splitter integration fixtures and tests cover classes, aliases, shared overloads, and split configurations. In compiler-helpers.ts, source-backed re-exports use re-export:<exportedName> keys, and exportMap resolves each exported alias to its own source. The added helper tests and Start compiler regression test cover distinct same-name re-exports.
Full details: Out of Scope Changes check
Explanation
The changes stay within issue [#8505]. Source changes fix route export retention, shared overload handling, and source-specific re-export resolution. Fixtures, snapshots, automated tests, and the changeset support these fixes. No unrelated product behavior is demonstrated.

…o the shared module
The shared module dropped the TypeScript overload signatures of a shared
function and exported only its implementation signature. Keep them next
to the implementation so the shared module exports the same signature set
as the source. Importing modules still drop them, where they would shadow
the import.

…rted component
A split node that shares a group with an exported component (for example
`loader: () => Layout.name` next to `component: Layout`) lost its
reference: the exported declaration is removed from the virtual module
and nothing imported it back. The virtual module now imports such
bindings from the reference file.
An exported class component that is also a shared binding made the
virtual compiler throw "Unexpected splitNode type: ClassDeclaration".
Class declarations are now handled like function declarations.
Preserve aliased exported bindings in dependent split modules.
When Layout is exported only as PublicLayout and a split loader references Layout, removeExports removes the alias export but leaves the local declaration. The scope check then finds that local binding, so the loader module does not import the route's binding. DCE retains the declaration because the loader references it. The loader can therefore use a second Layout identity instead of the reference module's PublicLayout.
Track the local-to-exported alias and generate import { PublicLayout as Layout } in the virtual module after removing the local declaration.
