Do not reload the page when Firefox or Safari cancel a pending route chunk because the user is leaving the page. The cancellation has the same message as a missing chunk, and the stale-deploy reload replaced the user's navigation. If the page stays after all, the chunk import is retried.

Subscribe to stay events when unload cancellation is classified.

waitForPageToStay() adds its listeners only when the lazy component enters the cancelled-by-unload render path. If pageshow fires after the import failure is classified but before that path runs, no listener observes it. The component can then remain suspended until a later pointerdown or keydown.

Start the stay listener when the failure is classified, or record the stay event at that point and reuse it during rendering. Add a regression for pageshow in this interval.

Review comment at @packages/router-core/src/utils.ts around lines 546 - 548:
Update the unload-cancellation flow around waitForPageToStay so stay events are
observed when the import failure is classified, or recorded then and reused when
rendering begins. Ensure a pageshow event in that interval prevents the
component from remaining suspended, and add a regression test for that timing.

Handle a failed retry through the reload-once path.

If the retry import reports a module-not-found error, load() stores the error in the outer error variable and resolves to null. The mounted continuation then sets component.value to null and ends loading. The render function returns an empty div.

The reload-once check runs only during setup, before the retry starts. Updating errorState alone will not run that check again. Ensure that a failed retry re-enters the reload handling path.

Review comment at @packages/vue-router/src/lazyRouteComponent.tsx at line 96:
Update the retry continuation around load() so a retry that records a
module-not-found error re-enters the reload-once handling path instead of
resolving to null and leaving component.value empty. Preserve the existing
reload-once guard so the page is not reloaded more than once.
