🧭 Prefer Why Anthropic over Try Claude in nav - #20

Move the internal Why Claude? page out of the primary desktop nav and into the More group, keeping Try Claude as the single external CTA button. Apply the same grouping to the footer and mobile menu across all duplicated static pages.
Remove the vendor CTA from global chrome and make Why Anthropic the primary internal nav link. Rename the Anthropic page label and metadata from Why Claude/Why I Use Claude to Why Anthropic, while keeping contextual Claude product links inside the Anthropic page itself.

Keep Why Anthropic as the internal education path, but make the homepage closing primary CTA point to the prompt repository so it matches the 'Use it' copy. This addresses the real PR review issue while preserving the intentional removal of Try Claude from global chrome.
