Maintainer polish on @AhmedALJebali's chord nav: ignore select/editable targets, skip chords while builder/drawer/modals are open, tidy the Settings hint, and document the guards. Closes TelivityAI#22. Co-authored-by: telivity-otaip <telivity-otaip@users.noreply.github.com>
