Upgrade Calcit and @calcit/procs to 0.24.3, aligning module releases so
caps --strict --ciresolves without version conflicts. Strict type and dependency gates remain enabled.Locally verified module/toolchain checks, 14 client and 90 server tests, dynamic-method and deprecated-API analyses, JS generation, Vite build on Node 24, and business regression scripts.
