• integrate the accessibility batch from Improve market sidebar keyboard search #758, Label issue property controls #759, Name Session sidebar actions for their targets #774, Expose selected Settings controls #776, Expose selected K-line controls #781, Expose active sidebar destinations #792, Announce Workspace creation failures #793, and Make market board results keyboard accessible #797
• retain the reviewed merge topology so each contributing PR head reaches dev
• add the DOM regression fix found during batch verification
• show the effective Workspace model and effort defaults directly in the Issue work-item controls, with an explicit custom-model path

Why

This is the exact combined state manually exercised in the real pnpm dev product surface. PR #759 now conflicts independently with later Issue work, so merging the reviewed batch as one integration PR preserves the tested composition instead of reconstructing a different result.

User impact

Issue runtime defaults are transparent (for example Default · LongCat-2.0 and Default · thinking on), and the accessibility improvements across Market, Settings, sidebars, Workspace creation, and Issue controls land together.
