• integrate the reviewed localization PRs Localize the Issues settings category #761, Localize departed Workspace lifecycle controls #767, Localize the Connector status overview #777, Localize the Trading as Git review flow #778, Localize Automation page headers #787, Localize the mobile navigation menu #794, Localize the Dev tools entry experience #796, and Localize the onboarding setup checklist #799
• preserve each original PR head in the merge topology so GitHub records the contributions as merged
• localize Issue settings, departed Workspace lifecycle, Connector status, Trading as Git, Automation, the mobile menu, Dev Tools, and onboarding

User impact

The affected surfaces now stay in the selected UI language instead of falling back to English. No product workflow or persistence behavior is changed.

Verification

• cd ui && npx tsc -b
• pnpm test — 382 files passed, 1 skipped; 3447 tests passed, 9 skipped
• real pnpm dev walkthrough across all eight routes in Simplified Chinese
• no browser console errors
