ui: market board with cards and denser rows

Part 4 of 9 of the UI overhaul, stacked on #61. Each PR's diff is only its own step; review and merge in order.

The launch list gets a card view and tighter rows.

What changes

• Cards or rows, picked with a segmented control and kept in a cookie (list-layout.ts), so the server renders the same layout and nothing flashes. The home page and the chain pages read the cookie and pass the server time (the home page is redesigned in full in part 5).
• LaunchCard: the creator's banner as the cover (or one drawn from the logo's colours), the pair and fee chips, socials, the live reason, and a watch star on the art.
• Rows: tighter columns, a second line with ticker, chain and fee, and the live reason on its own line. Brand badges shrink to their mark on phones (collapse), so names stay readable.
• liveChipParts splits the live reason so cards can set the count apart from its words; the liveChip text is unchanged.
• ChangeChip: a move that rounds to 0.0% reads neutral instead of a green "+0.0%".
• WatchButton: an overlay version for card art and the token page's labelled version.
• The TWIG badge gets the same collapse; the TWIG brand test allows the prop.

Checks on this branch: lint, tsc --noEmit, npm test (852 pass, 0 fail, 10 skipped), next build.
