Summary

Tests for the move freeze in the PR below this one.

• move-to-v2.test.ts and move-to-v2.node.test.ts: state parsing, the guards for each path class, the dashboard redirect, and a read failure failing closed. They also run the migration's grant block against Postgres: the writer role can upsert all three states, and cannot read updated_at, select *, DELETE, or touch other tables.
• account-freeze.node.test.ts: account routes refuse writes while moving or moved.
• workspace-write-gate.test.ts: the SDK gate refuses connection, policy, integration and OAuth client writes, OAuth completion before the code exchange, and token refresh before the token endpoint.
• oauth-popup-error.test.ts: the OAuth popup shows the reason for the refusal.

Verification

• bun run format:check, bun run lint, bun run typecheck
• vitest run for these files, and for each package's full suite.
