Description

Add a skill or agent definition to perform focused, procedural debugging.

Requirements

  • All CI/CD checks are passing.
  • There is no drop in the test coverage percentage.

Additional Context

The Cursor IDE has a "debug" agent that does an excellent job tracking down and resolving difficult bugs; this could easily be made into a shareable skill/agent.
