This pr improves the CPG0016 CSV download workflow by adding support for analysis profile CSV discovery and bulk download, introducing filtering by profile type and dataset source, and strengthening validation, reporting, and test coverage around these download paths. This allows the data to be downloaded in high-level chunks so it can be further processed for downstream tasks using less disk space.
