Adds the missing note for projects with their own nodes: the library moves in 0.2.277 (reqwest 0.13, reqwest-middleware 0.5, minillmlib 0.6.1, SocketMessage::text) break a package that asks for the old versions. Merged with [skip ci] so it publishes nothing.
