The earlier installed project gathering observation stopped on oversized document pages. This records aggregate-only results after adopting published Memo 0.79.0/Core 0.367.0: all three bounded phases finish in one invocation, returning 67 direct and 144 distinct combined references. The prior 45 direct references and excerpt hashes remain; 22 document references are added.
Add an offline allowlisted totals projection, its committed output and a one-off invented-data privacy check. No owner queries, project/person/account names, source references, bodies or per-query rows are committed. Exact live cases/runners/results/software observations stay private. Distinct document paragraphs share references, so excerpt-byte accounting deduplicates reference plus text hash.
The report distinguishes mutable archive/account scope, charged reservations versus returned text, pagination versus coverage, and CLI timing versus unmeasured agent work/model quality. This adds no routine CI test fan-out, application behavior or package release.
Validation: synthetic sentinel check passes (private labels/refs/bodies omitted; malformed version/token metadata refused); generated aggregate matches retained totals byte-for-byte; staged Biome and secret checks pass; affected Markdown lint and diff whitespace checks pass.
