fix(guide): list memo's decision-trail; titles from cli-core 0.370.0 - #140

memo's decision-trail scenario runs `drive search`, but drive's Works with listed only person-brief. Both now come from cli-core's MEMO_SCENARIOS, so the titles match memo and every other tool (person-brief was lower-case here and capitalised in zm). cli-core 0.348.0 -> 0.370.0: checkGuide also reports shell characters left unquoted in a scenario step; drive's steps already pass.
