fix(guide): quote the catch-up filter; memo's title from cli-core 0.370.0 - #748

max guide catch-up printed `max review date>1d --unanswered 4h`. A shell reads `>`
as a redirect: it writes a file named `1d` and review runs with no filter.
The step and the same example on the first screen of `max --help` now
quote it: `'date>1d'`.
cli-core 0.362.0 -> 0.370.0: checkGuide now reports shell characters left
unquoted in a step, so the guide test catches this; Works with takes
memo's person-brief title from MEMO_SCENARIOS ("One person across every
tool", as zm already showed). help.snap regenerated with cli-contract
--update.
