fix(guide): memo's Works-with title from cli-core 0.370.0 - #189

Works with now takes memo's person-brief title from cli-core's MEMO_SCENARIOS instead of typing it, so every tool shows the same text. cli-core 0.348.0 -> 0.370.0: checkGuide also reports shell characters left unquoted in a scenario step; zm's steps already pass.
