Refresh all fourteen original stale-branch records with exact tips, dates, trunk reachability, pull-request associations, eligibility, preservation requirements, deletion results, and recovery references.

Root cause

Long-stale remote branches remained without a durable, current record distinguishing recoverable cleanup candidates from unmerged work that must be preserved.

Impact

After this PR opened with the pre-action evidence, exactly ten eligible remote branches were deleted. The three unmerged/no-PR branches attempt-twitter, fix-test-wix, and npm_package_updates remain unchanged at their documented SHAs. Crawler was already absent. Every deleted unmerged tip remains recoverable by exact SHA and historical PR; local-playground-client is already contained in trunk.
