fix: mensajes de customization.sh en español y .editorconfig - #79

Completa lo pendiente del issue #8: - Traduce al español los mensajes log/log_error de lib/customization.sh (y sus copias en tests/test_customization.bats), igual que el resto de los módulos. - Agrega .editorconfig con UTF-8, LF (CRLF solo en .bat/.cmd/.ps1) y sangría de 4 espacios (2 en YAML). La verificación de BOM/mojibake en CI ya existe (scripts/check-encoding.sh). Closes #8 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Completa lo que quedaba pendiente del #8 (el BOM y el mojibake ya se corrigieron en el #25).

lib/customization.sh: los 23 mensajeslog/log_errorquedan en español, como en el resto de los módulos (drivers.sh,bootloader.sh…).tests/test_customization.bats: se actualizan las copias de las funciones y las aserciones que buscaban el texto en inglés..editorconfig(nuevo):charset = utf-8, LF (CRLF solo en.bat/.cmd/.ps1), 4 espacios (2 en YAML).La verificación en CI que pide el issue ya existe:
scripts/check-encoding.shcorre en el joblinty falla si encuentra BOM, mojibake o CRLF.Verificación
