Adds a project skill at .claude/skills/release/SKILL.md so a release is one /release [X.Y.Z | major | minor | patch] invocation in Claude Code.

What it covers

  1. Preconditions (clean main, gh auth, commits since the latest tag)
  2. Version choice (argument, bump keyword, or a proposal from the commits) and versionCode schema
  3. app/version.properties bump + both F-Droid changelogs with the fixed New/Fixed/Polish/Internal wording patterns and the 500-byte check mirrored from release.yml
  4. Release PR and CI wait
  5. Review stop — nothing is merged or tagged until the user gives an explicit go
  6. Merge (merge commit), tag on the merge commit, tag push
  7. Watching the Release workflow
  8. Setting the release title [vX.Y.Z] <summary> and the Features / Fixes / What's Changed sections
  9. Report

The skill is disable-model-invocation: true, so only a user can start it. The "Current state" block injects the latest tag and the PRs/commits since it at invocation time.

Project skill under .claude/skills/release that walks through the
release checklist from CLAUDE.md: version bump in version.properties,
F-Droid changelogs in both locales with the fixed wording patterns,
release PR, a review stop before the tag push, tag on the merge
commit, watching release.yml and bringing the GitHub release title
and notes into the house format. The skill injects the latest tag
and the commits/PRs since it when invoked and is user-invocable only.
