Add experimental support for driving iOS Live Activities through APNs broadcast channels, so one push updates every subscribed device instead of a push per device token. - PushAdmin.create_apns_broadcast() creates a broadcast channel and returns its ids as a PushApnsBroadcast - PushAdmin.live_activity exposes start(), update() and end(); start() targets either channels or a single deviceId, and APNs delivery headers travel in the request body Tests cover broadcast channel creation, request paths and bodies for each Live Activity action, and recipient validation in start(). WalkthroughThe push REST API now supports APNs broadcast creation and iOS Live Activity start, update, and end requests. It adds a response type for broadcast IDs and tests for request construction, recipient validation, and error handling. ChangesAPNs Broadcasts and Live Activities

🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟠 Major | ⚡ Quick win
Compare the encoded path as bytes.
request.url.raw_path is bytes, but the expected path on Line 92 is str. This assertion fails even when the broadcast ID is encoded correctly. Encode the expected path before comparison. HTTPX defines raw_path as bytes in both 0.24.1 and 0.25.0. (raw.githubusercontent.com)
