Fix dark-mode interactive states + match-master wide-table scroll - #63

Dark-mode QA pass on the admin chrome: - select2 clear 'x': transparent/muted glyph, no oversized blue hover square - pagination: restore the bottom control below the table (clear:both on #index_footer) - disabled inputs / select2: muted surface + opacity so they read as disabled in dark - confirm dialog: stop reserving empty space (ui-dialog-content min-height:0) - pagination page-number hover: white text on the accent fill (contrast was ~1:1) - dropdown caret (Actions etc.): visible colour on the dark themed button - dropdown/flyout: drop the per-item border so it reads as a menu, not a table - wide index tables: scroll the whole page like master (revert the contain approach) and pin #utility_nav sticky so the clock/toggle/logout stay reachable

Dark-mode QA pass on the admin chrome (found while bumping consumers to theme 3.x). All changes in
wigu/active_admin_theme.scss, driven by the--aa-*tokens.Fixed
#index_footer { clear: both }); the float:left top controls no longer pull the footer above the table.opacity+not-allowedso they read as disabled in dark..ui-dialog-content { min-height: 0 }removes jQuery-UI's reserved empty space.#utility_navposition: stickyso the clock / theme toggle / logout stay reachable while scrolling sideways.Verified live on a consumer admin (pbx) in dark + light, measured before/after (contrast ratios, element positions). Does not touch the clock refactor (separate PR).
