## What's Changed Update `adbc-drivers-dev` to include adbc-drivers/dev#279 and remove Trino's redundant `timetzdata` tag. Export Linux test settings so child processes receive them. Verified embedded timezone data in the rebuilt macOS library and environment exports. All pre-commit checks passed. Follow-up to #125.
