• 新增 agent profile、exact remote skill/skillset ref 与一次性绑定事件的强类型 Protobuf 契约。
• Mainnet Host 增加独立 immutable validation baseline、三个 bounded schema roots、启动时 fail-closed 校验和冻结快照 source。
• NyxID Chat create resolver 在 actor 创建前核对 route tool set，并将完整 sealed snapshot 一次性提交给现有 actor；actor 负责幂等绑定和 durable state。
• 补充 codec、validator、Host composition、resolver、DI、actor replay/幂等行为测试及 canonical 文档。

Test results

• AI 定向测试：1111/1111 通过。
• Capabilities 定向测试：413/413 通过。
• 全量 build 与 test 通过，0 errors、0 failed。
• architecture、test stability、query projection priming、文档索引与 lint 门禁全部通过。

Deviations

• 无范围扩展；未增加 diagnostics、reload、backfill、create-time Ornn I/O 或公开 HTTP 合同。
• docs/README.md 按规定由索引生成器刷新。
