• 在 landed AgentProfileTurnCatalog 中冻结 request-local exact IAgentTool，让 final LLMRequest.Tools 统一控制主请求、step、fallback、recovery、outcome lookup 和 direct loop 的 schema 与执行准入。
• 将 NyxID connected services 收敛为 5 个 Protobuf 窄工具和 1 个多实例 operation tool，绑定 exact user_service_id，编码 _nyxid_via route constraint，并在副作用前重验身份、scope、active、route 与 spec。
• 删除 prompt-prefetch、spec cache、API hint 和 slug-bound proxy 旧链，同步 prompt、canonical docs 与行为测试。

Test results

• dotnet build aevatar.slnx --nologo：通过，0 errors。
• 定向 catalog/runtime/ToolCallLoop/NyxID 及关联回归测试：全部通过。
• dotnet test aevatar.slnx --nologo：通过，所有运行项目 0 failures。
• architecture、test stability、query projection priming 和 docs lint 守卫：全部通过。

Deviations

• 为修正依赖已删除 actor-manager 回退的测试 fixture，已记录 3 个测试文件范围扩展；没有生产代码范围扩展。
• refactor self-doc: not applicable (HOST_REFACTOR_COMMENT_POLICY=none)
