P1 Keep required test helper

A clean environment installed from this requirements file no longer provides pytest_toolbox, but four test modules import it during collection and rely on its tmpworkdir fixture. Pytest therefore stops before running the suite with four ModuleNotFoundError errors. Replace this helper with a pytest-8-compatible solution, or migrate the affected tests before removing the dependency.
