Brings #49 from dev to main. Merging this triggers the docs deploy (deploy-docs.yml runs on pushes to main that touch docs/**), which takes the Download page and the macOS links off the docs site.

Included

  • Remove the Tauri macOS app build #49 Remove the Tauri macOS app build
    • removes client/src-tauri/, the build-macos-app.yml workflow, scripts/prepare-server-bundle.sh and @tauri-apps/cli
    • removes docs/download.md, the Download nav link and the "Download for macOS" button on the docs home page
    • updates the README, the docs guide pages and claude.md to describe the web setup only

Mac builds already attached to past GitHub Releases are untouched.

The web setup (pnpm run dev, or the Bun server serving the built client)
is the one supported way to run the app for now. Maintaining a second,
ad-hoc signed, arm64-only native wrapper -- with its own staged backend
bundle and release workflow -- cost more than it gave, so drop
client/src-tauri, the build-macos-app workflow, the server-bundle
staging script and the @tauri-apps/cli dependency.

Startup migrations and the first-run API key screen stay: both are
useful to any deployment, not just the packaged app.

Removes the Download page and nav/hero links, the Mac-app notes in the
guide, README and claude.md, and rewrites comments that justified
startup migrations and static client serving in terms of the packaged
app -- both now stand on their own for web deployments.
