This is the sub issue #44748.
SC2086 check require quoting like ${url} -> "${url}".
In ci/scripts/install_cmake.sh line 78:
curl -L ${url} | tar -xzf - --directory ${prefix} --strip-components=1
^----^ SC2086 (info): Double quote to prevent globbing and word splitting.
