[CI][Packaging] Nightly job homebrew-cpp fails to find uriparser #51751

CMake Error at /opt/homebrew/opt/cmake/share/cmake/Modules/FindPackageHandleStandardArgs.cmake:290 (message):
Could NOT find uriparserAlt (missing: uriparser_PC_FOUND) (Required is at
least version "0.9.6")
This change #51244 already added depends_on "uriparser" but latest formula doesn't get used in nightly job apparently - dev/tasks/macros.jinja copies it to Formula/

instead copying it to Formula/a/,
so brew loads Formula/a/apache-arrow.rb from homebrew-core instead our latest from main.

@raulcd is loading of non-latest formula an issue for the release?

I don't think this is a problem for the release as it seems it's just some pre-configuration for this specific job. The macro is only used on this job so we should just fix the template but it is not a release blocker.
