Split the iceberg-storage-opendal lib.rs tests into per-backend modules #3385
Description
crates/storage/opendal/src/lib.rs keeps tests for every backend in one module, for example the relativize_path tests for memory, fs, s3, gcs, oss and azdls and the S3 credential-loader test. Move each backend's tests into its own module, keeping only cross-backend tests such as the client-config and factory tests in lib.rs. The HDFS tests already moved in #3111.

I'd like to take this one. Opened #3569, which moves the per-backend tests
into
memory.rs,fs.rs,s3.rs,gcs.rs,oss.rsandazdls.rs,leaving the cross-backend tests in
lib.rs— same shape as thehdfs_nativesplit in #3111.
