Backports #19064 (
59ac348a3f2954cbdbc5e53c01a3cd475a187880) ontodev/1.3at01a889cd5fd50bfe7d4eb3e6b24091c9ea634739.Scope Pipe leader caches by the configured receiver endpoint set and device, and resolve tablet batch routing through the corresponding client manager. This prevents one sink from using another receiving cluster's cached leader.
The backport preserves the 1.3 client constructors and memory API, reproduces equivalent endpoint formatting locally, and adapts the test fixture and older Tablet API (schema type and explicit row count). Regression scenarios and assertions are preserved.
Validation:
IoTDBPipeForwardITmethods passed underMultiClusterIT3, with no skipped tests. The new IT passed after the Tablet compatibility adaptation; the already-passing method was not repeated.
