That's fine, even if we still have some residue from Pax Exam 😄
I will start to evaluate alternatives to Pax Exam (Karaf home-made).

This PR is another try to upgrade awaitility, superseding #2369.
This replaces
org.apache.servicemix.bundles.hamcrestv1.3_1 by 2.2.Downside is that we still pull hamcrest 1.3 as transitive dependency of pax-exam / junit 4.
