Replace the sample image in the Hugging Face task preview #8983

Task Summary

Part of #8800. frontend/src/assets/sample-image.png depicts Spider-Man, a copyrighted character. It was added in #5320 with no recorded source, and the Hugging Face operator's task preview shows it (operator-property-edit-frame.component.ts). It is also a JPEG with a .png extension.

Replace it with an image the project made itself, and record where it came from.

sample-audio.wav and sample-video.mp4, the other two preview files, were added in #5568, whose description says they are self-created. Record that in the same place, so all three preview files have a documented source.

These files exist only on main and release/v1.3, not on release/v1.2.
