Remove open interest from the raw dataset constants, supported raw channel list, CLI help and raw-data documentation. Raw open-interest commands are rejected before making API requests.
Keep the existing open-interest metric command, metric constant and streaming support. Add regression checks for the five raw channels, rejected raw open interest and retained metric help.
Validation: offline raw/coverage tests pass;
go vet ./...passes; changed Go files are formatted. The live no-key preview test also passes locally. Accept valid empty raw previews in the live test, with offline coverage of demo-key authentication for empty responses. CI runs the full test matrix and cross-platform builds.
