Import Word indent styles like "1-3" as the matching braille style - #183

Conversation
ASM's STM statements put most lines in a Word style named "1-3" (cell 1, runovers at cell 3), as Duxbury's templates name them. bbx.lua passed the custom-style Div through, so these became ordinary 3-1 paragraphs. A Div whose style is named N-M now gives its paragraphs the numeric style of that name from BANA.styleDefs.xml, when it has one.

A Div whose style is named N-M now gives its paragraphs the numeric style of that name from
BANA.styleDefs.xml, when there is one: first line at an odd cell from 1 to 11, runovers no more than two cells to its left. Other names are left alone.Tests
DocxIndentStyleTest: "1-3" and other valid names map to their style; invalid names (even cells, out of range) don't.
