Two UEB rules liblouis can't apply from its tables. They're now applied to the typeforms BrailleBlaster passes along with UEB literary text (new UebTypeforms.kt, called from TextTranslator).

  • Rules of UEB 9.7.3: ignore a change in typeform for closing punctuation when a typeform word indicator is used. With only the words underlined, "in writing." was _19 _1writ+_'4; the full stop now joins the underlined run, giving _19 _1writ+4. A passage still gets its terminator where the typeform changes (9.7.2).
  • Rules of UEB 10.12.1: no contractions in an abbreviation whose letters are said separately; EST (Eastern Standard Time) is its example. The fully capitalised time zones EST, EDT, CST, MST, PST, AST, HST and AKST are now translated without contractions (,,est, not ,,e/). liblouis matches regardless of case, so a table rule would also have changed the word "est".

Math, Spanish and EBAE tables are not affected.

Two UEB rules liblouis can't apply from its tables, now applied to the
typeforms BrailleBlaster passes with UEB literary text:

- Rules of UEB 9.7.3: ignore a change in typeform for closing punctuation
when a typeform word indicator is used. "in writing." with only the
words underlined was "_19 _1writ+_'4"; the full stop now joins the
underlined run, giving "_19 _1writ+4". A passage still gets its
terminator where the typeform changes (9.7.2).
- Rules of UEB 10.12.1: no contractions in an abbreviation whose letters
are said separately; EST (Eastern Standard Time) is its example. The
fully capitalised time zones EST, EDT, CST, MST, PST, AST, HST and AKST
are now translated without contractions (",,est", not ",,e/").
liblouis matches without regard to case, so a table rule would also
  have changed the word "est".

Math, Spanish and EBAE tables are not affected.
