Adds check-pixi-version.yml, which runs weekly (and on manual dispatch): it compares the PIXI_VERSION pinned in src/appose/tool/pixi.py against the latest pixi GitHub release, and opens a pull request updating the pin when a newer version is available. The existing build.yml CI then exercises the bump via its normal pull_request trigger. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
