Refreshes the Python SDK README with updated badges and links, Python installation instructions, and a getting-started guide covering client setup, user requests, typed TablesDB rows, errors, and self-hosted instances. The latest update replaces HTML entities with literal quotes and angle brackets in the prose and Python examples so the snippets display as intended. Latest changes: The new commit decodes HTML entities in README prose and code examples, including quoted strings and placeholder values.
