CVE descriptions may contain line breaks introduced by the source formatting. These breaks can make descriptions harder to read and leave sentences split across multiple lines.
This change normalizes wrapped descriptions when adding a new CVE or merging a description into an existing one. It preserves paragraph boundaries and shorter line breaks to avoid changing the structure of the text unnecessarily.
A regression test has been added to verify that wrapped lines are joined while separate paragraphs remain intact.
