Update Turkish translation
Why: The Turkish translation was missing 99 strings added since the last update (KDE Plasma options, Plymouth, Zram, LVM, fonts, TUI key bindings), and 123 entries were fuzzy: guessed from unrelated old strings (e.g. “Enter root password” was mapped to a generic password prompt). Fuzzy entries are ignored at runtime, so these strings showed up in English.
What:
Translate the 99 missing strings
Review and correct the 123 fuzzy entries
Keep terminology consistent with the existing Turkish translation
Existing entries stay in place and new ones are appended, so the diff only contains real changes (I did not re-sort the file with locales_generator.sh); base.pot is untouched
Checks:
msgfmt --check passes for tr/LC_MESSAGES/base.po
base.mo rebuilt with msgfmt -o
./locales_generator.sh check currently fails on ur/LC_MESSAGES/base.po:999 on master, unrelated to this PR
