feat(ui): Integrate community forum links and improve error reporting - #753

- Adds dedicated "Forum & Help" links to the native and top menu bars. - Updates the About settings screen with a direct link to the community forum. - Improves the error dialog to include a standardized "Report Bug" hint with a clickable forum link. - Enhances the shared exception handler to localize and append the forum hint to error outputs. - Ensures consistency by updating all language resource files with new help text. - Improves the display of complex event data, such as indexed files, by linkifying URLs.
