Replace duplicated addon automation with the accepted pinned cookbook: versions-only Mise, generated Make and workflow callers, shared setup/package verification, and source-bound publication. Runtime addon bytes are preserved; native assertions and fixtures stay with this repository. Fixture exports run during build, and tests consume current verified outputs.
Preserve this addon's existing CI budget and release policy. Shared validation includes documentation history and source security checks, so the duplicate documentation workflow is removed. CI remains full on PRs during bootstrap; cheap PR checks activate only with the verified request-merge path.
Validation: source closure, generated caller identity and focused controls checked locally. Full repository Actions must pass before merging, followed by final-source CI. No release is requested by this change.
